The chief executive officer of a Santa Maria telecommunications company died in a shooting Wednesday in an Arizona office building. [KCOY]
Steven Singer, 48, was the CEO of Santa Maria based Fusion Contact Centers.
A 70-year-old shooter wounded two other people in the building around 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, but only Singer died. Police say Arthur Harmon opened fire in the office building because he had troubles with his mortgage.
Harmon fled after the shooting and remains at large. He is described as a 6 foot tall white male who weighs about 220 pounds.
Have we completely and totally failed an entire generation of young men? Have we failed to equip them with the tools that they need? Have we raised an entire generation of young men that do not know how to be men? Today, young adult men are nearly twice as likely to live with their parents as young adult women are, and young adult men are much less likely to go to college than young adult women are. Now I want to make something perfectly clear before we proceed. The point of this article is not to slam women or drag them down. Not at all. Rather, the goal of this article is to point out that we have a real problem with our young men and that they are lagging way behind. Vast numbers of them don’t want to go to college, don’t want to pursue careers, don’t want to get married and don’t want to take on any serious responsibilities. Of course there are always exceptions. In fact, there are some young men out there that are absolutely outstanding. However, what this article is trying to say is that the overall trends all point to the fact that our system has raised up a crop of young men that are generally weak, directionless, wimpified and unwilling to take responsibility. This is not a good thing. What comes to your mind when you think of men under the age of 30 in America today? Does an image of an irresponsible, sex crazed, beer swilling slacker come to mind? Unfortunately, that stereotype is way too true. We have failed our young men. We did not teach them how to be men. Yes, as I noted earlier, there are definitely exceptions to this, but in general we have a real problem on our hands. Let take a look at some of the hard numbers.
As a recent CNN article noted, young men between the ages of 25 and 34 are almost twice as likely to live with their parents as young women the same age are…. The number of adult children who live with their parents, especially young males, has soared since the economy started heading south. Among males age 25 to 34, 19% live with their parents today, a 5 percentage point increase from 2005, according to Census data released Thursday. Meanwhile, 10% of women in that age group live at home, up from 8% six years ago.
Among the college-aged set, the 18- to 24-year-olds, 59% of males and 50% of females lived with their parents, up from 53% and 46%, respectively.
So what in the world is causing this?
Men that are between 25 and 34 should be in their prime working years. Instead, almost one out of every five of them is living with mommy and daddy.
This is a major problem. Rather than working hard, taking responsibility and building their own lives, we have way too many young men that are living in our basements and that spend much of their time watching television or playing video games. Today, young women are far more likely to pursue a college education than young men are. According to the New York Times, approximately 57 percent of all young people enrolled at U.S. colleges are women. That means that only about 43 percent are men.
As I have written about previously, unemployment is also rampant among our young people.
Only 55.3% of all Americans between the ages of 18 and 29 were employed last year. That was the lowest level that we have seen since World War II.
Today, there are millions of young men that are sitting around with no job, no hope and no direction in life. But even many of those that do have jobs are not making much money. The number of the “working poor” in America is rapidly increasing, and this is especially true among young adults. Since the year 2000, incomes for U.S. households led by someone between the ages of 25 and 34 have fallen by about 12 percent after you adjust for inflation.
In the past, women always complained about the “gender gap” when it came to wages, but today we are actually seeing that reversed among our young people. In fact, author Guy Garcia says that women in their twenties now earn more money than men of the same age in the ten largest cities in the United States.
This current generation of men also seems to be extremely hesitant to take on the responsibilities of marriage and family. Today, an all-time low 44.2% of Americans between the ages of 25 and 34 are married.
Instead, most young men seem to want to run around “hooking up” with as many women as possible without any consequences.
But there are consequences. The irresponsible behavior of our young men is putting an incredible amount of strain on our young women. For example, in 2010 42 percent of all single mothers in the United States were on food stamps.
So what is causing all of this?
Well, certainly there are a lot of factors, but it certainly does not help that men are almost always portrayed as weak, irresponsible, sex-crazed idiots on television and in our movies.
This point was made very well in a recent article in The Washington Times….
If the fall TV season is any guide, the sexual revolution that was supposed to liberate men and women from traditional sex roles seems to have resulted instead in a straight-up role reversal. The male characters are messes — insecure, jobless, barely able to dress themselves without a wife or girlfriend and/or living in mom’s proverbial basement. Their female counterparts, meanwhile, are flaunting the same selfish, boorish ways that once got men called “chauvinist pigs.” Today, our society generally does not teach young men that they should be strong, noble, ambitious and eager to take responsibility.
Instead, we are constantly sending our young men the message that we expect them to act like idiots, drink lots of beer, chase women and pretty much be as lazy as possible.
I fear that we have failed this entire generation of young men. Yes, there are many that have turned out great, but in general we have a real mess on our hands. So what can we do about all of this?

NEWTOWN — Members of government, law enforcement, and mainstream media alike, including CNN‘s Anderson Cooper and possibly members of his staff have now been implicated in possibly aiding in a treasonous plot to destroy the Constitution of the United States of America at the presidential level. By way of Executive Order President Obama is nearly ready to limit and possibly ban all guns in response to the mass shooting propaganda pumped out by the media. Media giant CNN has now been caught airing what appears to be “active-shooter drill footage” from another school location and passing it off as the LIVE breaking news feed of the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting that took place on the 14th of December, 2012 in the morning that left 26 people dead according to reports.
To clarify for the readers, the active-shooter drill footage was likely aired to serve as a cover and help the gunmen to escape from Sandy Hook Elementary School after the shootings. Keep in mind evidence presented in previous articles published by theintelhub.com, video and actual police scanner audio suggests that multiple shooters were in fact involved. Indeed there was actual footage of Sandy Hook Elementary School aired the morning of the shooting on CNN and other networks, this is not being disputed. Like the clip of the police chasing two men into the woods. However, the footage in question (where the police storm the school entrance) is being pointed out as the “red flag” signifying that there was possibly a simultaneous active-shooter drill being conducted at St. Rose Pre School running in tandem with the actual mass shooting. What does this mean? Mass Shootings + Dead Children = Suppression of Constitutional Freedoms (Gun Rights). It has all the fingerprints of a classic false flag operation.

Video footage within the original CNN LIVE broadcast (aired the morning of December 14, 2012) reveals police storming the entrance of what appears to be Sandy Hook Elementary School. The video gives the viewer a birds-eye-view filmed from a news helicopter. The caption on the LIVE CNN broadcast with Anderson Cooper’s logo to the left on the ticker bar read that morning, “BREAKING NEWS… Source: Mother of Suspected Gunman Also Killed”. However, after closer analysis this is not footage of the Sandy Hook School grounds or shooting, but rather a different location entirely, signifying an advanced government sponsored false flag operation was possibly being conducted that morning in and around Sandy Hook.

Update: The site where the original CNN footage of an active-shooter drill likely shot simultaneously with the reported shooting, has been identified by theintelhub.com as St. Rosa Pre School in Sandy Hook 1.4 miles away from Sandy Hook Elementary School.
The footage aired by CNN is not of Sandy Hook Elementary but rather of another school. In fact, likely the images aired are actually from an actual active-shooter drill being conducted at the Pre School.
It is unconfirmed at this time if the footage is from a previously filmed drill or an actual realtime drill that was taking place simultaneously with the reported shooting. Notice the emergency cones “orange cones” in place signifying typical drill protocol (in the above picture). At 1:02 into the following video on CNN’s website is the footage that aired LIVE as most of America has been “duped” in what some would say is an even more sophisticated and diabolic false flag operation than the government staged terror attacks on September 11, 2001.
Take a very close look at the video starting at 1:02 into it. You will notice the police running through a cross walk area that simply does not exist at Sandy Hook Elementary. Take note of the rounded curb area that leads into a grassy area of some sort with a tree present. This area does not exist on Sandy Hook Elementary Schools property as factions of our government, law enforcement, and media have conspired to stage what could become the end of our once great nation. The Huffington Post reported; The initiative, known as Project Longevity, will send new federal grant money to Connecticut and involve agents, academics and social workers working for or with the FBI and the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder and Connecticut Governor Dan Malloy are scheduled to discuss the plans at a news conference in New Haven, Connecticut, at 11 a.m. (1600 GMT). Malloy, a Democrat, in June adopted a strategy known as “focused deterrence” that targets a small number of suspects who are under the supervision of probation officers or otherwise well-known to law enforcement. The model, which emphasizes education and other services for those suspects, as well as community meetings, has been credited with reducing violence in Boston and elsewhere. Federal help for the effort is welcome even if Obama is not making a push to change laws that make guns easily available in much of the country, said Ron Pinciaro, executive director of Connecticut Against Gun Violence.
Fast forwarding to the present, we have seen a large-scale media attack on the 2nd Amendment and now, in a startling turn of events, elements of the corporate media are literally attacking those who question the shooting. When you consider the fact that the corporate media has absolutely been complicit in the Sandy Hook Shooting, it makes sense that they would send an elitist Vanderbilt (Anderson Cooper) to broadcast one of the most hardcore segments of shilling the corporate media has ever conducted. In the broadcast, Cooper repeatedly states that if it wasn’t for his show no one would even be seeing the crazy conspiracy theories he is exposing yet if that was the case a CNN prime time show would never spend multiple segments to debunk something no one has ever seen in the first place. Cooper then proceeded to attempt to debunk point by point many different theories on the shooting that have been read by millions in the alternative media. Specifically, the professor from Florida who has spoken out in regards to the numerous anomalies was directly attacked by Cooper due to the fact that it is much harder to label a professor at a university as some lone crazy on the internet.

CENTENNIAL, Colo.— Photos recovered from James Holmes’ iPhone show the alleged gunman posing with weapons and making creepy faces in the weeks and hours before the shooting massacre at an Aurora movie theater. The images were not released to the public, but were shown in court Wednesday during Holmes' preliminary hearing. It was the state's final move before declaring that it had presented overwhelming evidence that Holmes meticulously planned and executed the attack without remorse. "Because he wanted to kill all of them, and he knew what he was doing," prosecutor Karen Pearson said in arguing that the case should go to trial. One of the more disturbing self-portraits was snapped on July 12. It shows his infamous orange-dyed hair flaring out from beneath a black skull cap. His eye color is darkened by black contact lenses, and he is grinning with his tongue sticking out. Three other self-portraits were snapped approximately six hours before the movie theater shooting. In those photos he is also wearing black contact lenses and making various faces. In one of them, he's holding up one of two semi-automatic pistols he had recently purchased. "He has a large, toothy smile," Aurora police Sgt. Matthew Fyle said from the witnesses stand. In two others from July 19, he is posing with parts of homemade bombs he allegedly built. A final photo from July 19 shows an arsenal of guns and black tactical clothing sprawled across a red sheet on his bed. A self-portrait taken on July 5 shows Holmes with orange-dyed hair and dressed in black combat gear with an assault-like rifle being carried from his shoulder. Other photos recovered from Holmes' iPhone lead police to believe he began casing the Century 16 theater a month before the shootings. Four photos taken on June 29, July 5 and July 11 show various interior and exterior images of the movie theater, including doorways, hallways and sidewalks.
Holmes’ lead public defender, Daniel King, did not present evidence or call witnesses during this phase of the case. “I have no argument to probable cause,” King said. “This is not a trial.” King said anything he would present would speak to Holmes’ mental illness, and this was not the time to do so. Judge William Sylvester did not make a ruling at the end of Wednesday's preliminary hearing. He recessed the court until 9 a.m. MT on Friday when he will announce if the evidence presented is enough to move forward with a trial. An arraignment may be held the same day. If so, Holmes' defense attorneys could plead not guilty to preserve Holmes' right to a jury trial. [Updated at 9:30 a.m. ET/7:30 a.m. MT] CENTENNIAL, Colo.—Aurora police Sgt. Matthew Fyles, who has supervised the Aurora movie theater massacre investigation, is scheduled to take the stand when the preliminary hearing resumes at 9 a.m. MT. Prosecutors said late Tuesday that Fyles will be the last witness for the state. It is unknown if shooting suspect James Holmes' defense team will call its own witnesses. The purpose of the hearing is for District Judge William Sylvester to determine if there is evidence to try Holmes on 166 counts of first-degree murder and attempted murder. Colorado allows dual filing of charges (essentially premeditated and without remorse). Twelve people were killed and 58 wounded in the shooting. An additional 13 suffered nongunshot injuries as a result of the rampage. Holmes, a former neuroscience doctoral student at the University of Colorado School of Medicine in Denver, has been held without bond and in isolation since being arrested without resistance behind the theater minutes after the massacre.
As I predicted, there could really only be victims of the shooting that someone would recognize later if they were in fact CRISIS ACTORS. I knew it would take a couple of weeks or so since the 12/14/12 incident. I kept my mouth shut just in case the illuminati was smart enough to not hire actors. Well, they are dumb because sure enough the supposed victims, whose names really don't matter because Americans would discover they are actors due to the media publicity, have identified them! Open and shut case. I found this great documentary that shows pre-planning of the Sandy Hook event, as all major media events now are controlled at the very highest levels. No surprised to me at all.
I was listening to NPR today, and just to make things a little crazier it was found at James Holmes' court hearing that THERMITE was discovered in his apartment. Like 9/11, Sandy Hook involved crisis actors, like the Dark Knight shooting in the movie theater (Sandy Hook) the Holmes incident took place. Both kids were or are programmed probably. It is obvious based on the LINKEDIN profiles of Lanza's father, Peter Lanza, and Jame's Holmes father Robert Holmes, that they were a threat to the NWO, and were going to testify about the LIBOR scandal in Congress. The motive is there, and it's simple. The coordination is truly at the highest level and I'm amazed at how well executed all of these operations are.

California television legend Huell Howser has died. From the Pasadena Star News: Howser, who hosted several public television programs including California Gold, was 67. He died Sunday night of natural causes, said Ayan Allen, communication manager for KCET, which produces California Gold. Howser is known for touring California with his handheld microphone and profiling the state's communities and attractions for programs like "California's Gold" and "Road Trip with Huell Howser" on KQED 9 and other public television stations. He retired late last year. From the website for Howser's production company: Huell had a simple idea: if he traveled the state with an open heart and an open mind, a microphone and a camera, he would uncover a treasure of California stories. "We operate on the premise that TV isn’t brain surgery. People’s stories are what it’s all about," says Howser. "If you have a good story, it doesn’t have to be overproduced. I want our stories to reveal the wonders of the human spirit and the richness of life in California, including its history, people, culture and natural wonders."
A native of Tennessee, Howser worked in Nashville and New York City before coming to Los Angeles in 1981. He began working at KCET in 1987. TV and movie personality Andy Richter is among those who've Tweeted about Howser's death; Matt Groening, creator of "The Simpsons," praised him when he retired last year.
